Stairs are IN

Pine box stairs by Amron Stair Works. 1st to 2nd floor will get carpet. There will be a door at the top of the 1st floor to basement. No picture but there's also stairs in the garage to the basement.

So, you know what that means, right?! Yep, HVAC has started going in as well. Progress slow thus far, but should wrap up by end of week. Pix to follow.

Also, in other/electrical news, Jim came out to do all the exterior so it will be ready to go for the siding. We finalized our exterior doors order so those deliveries should happen this week as well. Garage doors are scheduled for Friday. Outbuilding garage doors are on hold until we get concrete done. Alex and Tom finished up the radiant floor tubing etc on Saturday so we are ready for the pour now.
